1. Portray An Image Of Authority.
This might sound harsh, but put yourself in the client’s shoes. How would you like to have spinal surgery performed by a novice? Would you send your kid to a school where they might be able to educate them? Would you take a flight with an airline that has students flying the planes? NO!
If you’re selling products and services, you need to be an expert in your industry. You’re always going to be learning and meeting people who are further along, but just make sure you can deliver on what you’ve promised your clients.
2. Keep Your Vision in Mind.
Keeping the right mindset & putting in the work will always pay off. Keeping your vision in mind doesn’t mean ignoring the client’s requests. It means staying on track, regardless of the negative feedback you get in route to achieving what you’ve promised them. You shouldn’t have clients that treat you like their employee, however, if you do, don’t let that affect the quality of work or confidence you have in your abilities.
3. Believe in Your System & Your Product.
I always thought there’d be a moment when I felt the security of approval that my business was going to be successful – but that moment never came. The employee mindset is to look for feedback, the entrepreneur mindset is to be guided by results. If you believe in your product or service, that energy will resonate and earn trust with clients.
